Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
How to Return
To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g. email to contact@charxrelghomryon.world). You may use our standard withdrawal form if provided. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. Products must be returned in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate under applicable consumer law.
Geographic Scope
This return policy applies to orders shipped within the European Union and to customers in Finland. International returns may be subject to different terms. Contact us to confirm eligibility for your location.
